Clause One
1. The cost of the respective course is 985€ which was paid in full.
2. An invoice/receipt will be issued for one and the same course, and can only be issued in the name of a single taxpayer (company
or individual), regardless of the method of payment.
3. The trainee is covered by a personal accident insurance policy no. 204216551 for the duration of the course (if attending personal
workshops).
4. Full payment of the course fee as defined is compulsory, regardless of attendance and attainment achieved. Failure by the Trainee
or his/her representative to pay the installments due under the contracted terms will grant eFuturo the right to suspend the
Trainee's attendance at the course, starting with the first installment in arrears, as well as any other contractual obligations
assumed, while still remaining obliged to pay the full amount of the contracted course.
5. The maximum duration of the course is 15 months, 12 months + 3 months of internship (optional), starting on 30/07/2024 and
ending on 30/10/2025.
6. If the total period for completion of the training, as stipulated in the contract, is exceeded, the Trainee will have to pay, for each
extra month of training, the amount of €80.
7. Right of withdrawal - Cancellation of registration can be made up to 14 days after the date of registration and must be
communicated in writing, either by registered letter or e-mail. If you cancel within this period, you will not be refunded any
amount paid at the time of enrollment. Confirmation of enrollment entails a number of administrave, financial and pedagogical

11. If you are a foreign applicant, you must present your criminal record at the time of enrolment.
Clause Two
1. At the end of the course, the Trainees will be issued with a Vocational Training Certificate, in accordance with the legislation in
force, within a maximum of 15 days after the date on which the course was completed. If the trainee does not complete the entire
course, he/she will only obtain a Declaration of Frequency of Training, with the indication of the number of hours of the modules
attended in their entirety.
2. The delivery of the Vocational Training Certificate or Attendance Certificate shall be conditional, in the case of there being
outstanding payments by the Trainee or his/her representative.
Clause Three
1. The contracting parties accept the present contract, with all its clauses and conditions, of which they have taken full and perfect
knowledge and are obliged to comply with.

1. O custo do respetivo curso é de 985€ pago da seguinte forma: a pronto pagamento no ato de inscrição.
2. Será emitida uma fatura/recibo referentes a um mesmo e único curso, podendo apenas ser emitido em nome de um único
contribuinte (empresa ou indivíduo), independente da modalidade de pagamento.
3. O formando está coberto por uma apólice de seguro nº 204216551, de acidentes pessoais, durante o período de realização do
curso (caso frequente Workshops presenciais).
4. O pagamento total do valor do curso conforme definido é obrigatório, independentemente da frequência e aproveitamento
alcançados. O não pagamento pelo Formando ou seu representante das prestações devidas nos termos contratados concederá à
eFuturo o direito de suspender a frequência do Formando no curso, a partir da primeira prestação em atraso, bem como,
quaisquer outras obrigações contratuais assumidas, ficando, ainda assim, o Formando obrigado ao pagamento do valor total do
curso contratado.
5. O curso tem a duração máxima para ser concluído correspondente a 15 meses, 12 meses + 3 meses de estágio (opcionais), com
início a 30/07/2024 e término a 30/10/2025.
6. Se o período total para conclusão da formação, conforme estipulado no contrato, for ultrapassado, o Formando terá de liquidar,
por cada mês extra de formação, o valor de 80€.
7. Direito de resolução - O cancelamento da matrícula pode ser realizado até 14 dias após a data da inscrição, devendo ser
comunicado por escrito, seja por carta registada ou e-mail. Caso efetue o cancelamento neste período, não será reembolsado
qualquer valor pago aquando da matrícula. A confirmação da matrícula implica diversos procedimentos administrativos,
financeiros e pedagógicos por parte da Recursos Futuros, entre os quais: pagamento do seguro, criação do dossier técnico
pedagógico, plano individual de formação, criação do acesso a plataforma online, bem como início do processo para
enquadramento profissional.
8. Em caso de desistência do Formando, não haverá lugar à devolução dos valores já liquidados até essa data, continuando a existir
a obrigatoriedade do Formando de liquidar o valor total do curso.
9. Se o Formando pretender mudar para outro curso terá sempre que fazer uma nova inscrição e deverá enviar a solicitação por e-
mail para que o processo seja analisado e as condições apresentadas. A mudança apenas será aceite, após análise da direção. Os
pagamentos já efetuados poderão transitar para o novo curso. No entanto, não será devolvido o valor excedente, no caso de o
novo curso ter um valor inferior, ficando esse valor em crédito para o Formando, que o poderá utilizar em qualquer momento
posterior.
10. A eFuturo – Formação e Recrutamento não se responsabiliza por processos que não estão constantes na sua denominação
jurídica, tais como, processos de pedidos de visto, pedidos de título de residência em território nacional ou quais outros processos
de legalização. O deferimento ou indeferimento emitido por parte das entidades competentes deste tipo de processos, ou
quaisquer outros externos à nossa entidade, não são da responsabilidade da eFuturo – Formação e Recrutamento.
11. Caso se trate de um candidato estrangeiro, é obrigatória a apresentação do registo criminal aquando da matrícula.
Cláusula Segunda
1. No final do curso, ao Formandos será emitido, num prazo máximo de 15 dias após a data em que o curso foi finalizado, um
Certificado de Formação Profissional, de acordo com a legislação em vigor. Caso o formando não conclua a totalidade do curso,
obterá apenas uma Declaração de Frequência de Formação, com a indicação do número de horas dos módulos que frequentou na
totalidade.
2. A entrega do Certificado de Formação Profissional ou da Declaração de Frequência fica condicionada, no caso de existirem
pagamentos por regularizar por parte do Formando ou seu representante.

1. Os Contraentes aceitam o presente contrato, com todas as suas cláusulas e condições, de que tomaram inteiro e perfeito
