4. Payment of Three-Months Tuition upon Withdrawal

Recognizing that the majority of the School's expenses and obligations are incurred annually based on the
number of students enrolled, and further recognizing that the amount of the School's damages upon a
student's withdrawal are impracticable to determine, we hereby agree to pay, in addition to any outstanding
account balance and re-enrollment fees, three months tuition for each student withdrawing, or the
remainder of the contract balance, whichever is less, upon our student's withdrawal, dismissal, or absence

5. Late Fees, Bank Charges, and Delinquent Accounts

We agree to pay a late fee of $30 per student for any failed payment processed via auto-debit, phone, web or

and school late fee of $40 may be assessed to the account. The bank may also impose additional fees.
Payments are due on or before the due date. There is no grace period. Tuition Management will send
reminders of upcoming payments to ensure timely payments. Tuition Management will also advise if there are
any missed payments to help avoid any future fees. In addition to these late fees, we agree to pay all bank
charges assessed to the School as a result of a check or bank draft rejected by the bank. If our account
becomes delinquent, we authorize the school to draft the past due balance from our bank account in addition
to the regular monthly bank draft after reasonable notice. Further, we agree to pay all of the School's
attorneys fees associated with collection of the account, even if the collection does not proceed to litigation.
The School will provide reasonable notice that the account is delinquent and that it intends to refer the account
for collection to its attorneys before doing so. Transcripts and all other student records will not be released by
the School if the account of a student is past due.
6. Conditions of Admissions and Attendance

We agree that the student(s) will abide by each and every rule and regulation of the School now in existence
or hereafter adopted, including the rules and policies set forth in the Student Handbook, as amended from time
to time, recognizing that admission and attendance in the School is contingent on compliance with this
commitment. A positive and constructive working relationship between the School and a student's
parents/guardians is essential to the accomplishment of the School's mission. Accordingly, we understand and
agree that the School has the right to terminate or not renew a student's enrollment contract if the School
reasonably concludes that the actions of a parent or guardian make such a positive and constructive
relationship impossible or otherwise seriously interfere with the School's accomplishment of its mission.
Further, successful completion of the current academic year and recommendation of the School is required for
