2 Special Scenarios

2.1 Inter-Caste Marriage Benefits


• Scenario A (Either parent is SEBC/OEC): Get a Non-Creamy Layer certificate from the
Village Officer.

• Scenario B (Either parent is SC/ST): Get an Inter-Caste Marriage certificate from the Tah-
sildar.

2.2 Nativity (Proving you are a Keralite)


• If your Birth Certificate or School Certificate (SSLC) clearly mentions your place of birth
in Kerala, that is enough.

• If not, you must obtain a Nativity Certificate from the Village Officer.

3 NRI Quota Documentation
