ATAL BRIDGE
The Atal Bridge was built to improve pedestrian access across the Sabarmati
Riverfront, serve as a modern tourist attraction, and stimulate the local economy.
It is an iconic engineering marvel on the Sabarmati Riverfront, featuring a unique
design that has become a destination. It offers picturesque views, food kiosks,
seating, and special features like a transparent glass floor and a kinetic selfie
structure.
The design, inspired by the city's Uttarayan kite festival, creates a new public
space for people to relax, socialize, and view the river.
GUJARAT HIGHCOURT, AHEMDABAD
THE interiors of the Gujarat HighCourt focuses on dignity,
solemnity, and functionality. The design avoids heavy,
traditional woodworking in favor of a modern, simple
aesthetic, ensuring durability for heavy public use.
The inside design is simple, modern, and matches the
building's look. The main goal was to create a serious,
dignified feel without using heavy, old-fashioned
materials like a lot of carved wood. Custom-designed
elements like cabinets, wall panels, and false ceilings
serve several practical functions at once, such as
lighting, improving sound, and hiding utilities, making
the public areas more functional and efficient.
