EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

LMTEQ is committed to expanding opportunities for young talent through structured skill-
based hiring initiatives. We are initiating the LMTEQ – ServiceNow Hiring Drive (2026
Batch) in collaboration with SRM University to identify and develop the next generation of
ServiceNow professionals. Through this initiative, LMTEQ aims to bridge the gap between
academic learning and real-world enterprise solutions by providing hands-on training,
project-based exposure, and full-time career pathways within our organization. The
program will be conducted in multiple stages—including aptitude evaluation, scripting and
functionality assessment, and a final technical interview—to ensure a strong foundation in
ServiceNow, automation, and digital transformation capabilities. With the support of the
management and technical leadership, this initiative will empower final-year students with
the skills required for high-demand ServiceNow roles and strengthen LMTEQ’s long-term
talent pipeline.

To identify, assess, and onboard the most capable final-year SRM
candidates for LMTEQ’s ServiceNow-focused internship and full-time
positions.

OVERVIEW
This hiring initiative aims to evaluate candidates on their analytical,
logical, and technical capabilities through a structured 3-stage
selection process conducted between October 22 – 31, 2025.

These final-year students are now seeking industry internships as


part of their academic project requirement. Post successful
completion of the internship period and performance evaluation,
they will be converted to full-time employees at LMTEQ. ( Agreement
for 2 years commitment applicable).

BACKGROUND
The LMTEQ–SRM Hiring Drive (2026 Batch) is a collaboration between
LMTEQ and SRM University aimed at sourcing, training, and
onboarding skilled ServiceNow talent directly from academia. The
participating students are freshers currently studying in SRM
University, and they are in their final (4th) year of graduation.

These students have undergone ServiceNow certification programs


across various specialized modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD,
and GRC, equipping them with essential foundational and technical
skills relevant to LMTEQ’s ServiceNow practice. A detailed list of
these certified students, along with their specific skill sets and
certification details, is attached in the Excel sheet (Annexure A) for
reference.

These final-year students are now seeking industry internships as


part of their academic project requirement. Post successful
completion of the internship period and performance evaluation,
they will be converted to full-time employees at LMTEQ. During the
internship, each student will enter into a formal Internship
Agreement with LMTEQ, followed by a Commitment / Employment
Agreement outlining post-graduation employment terms and a
minimum service period.

This ensures long-term alignment, talent retention, and structured


onboarding into LMTEQ’s ServiceNow Delivery Team. This
partnership model aligns with LMTEQ’s larger objective of developing
an in-house, ServiceNow-ready workforce through early
identification, skill-based training, and hands-on project exposure.
