Diary signature is mandatory for Value Ed./Catechism/AI/Music and


Art for preparatory exam.
Guidelines for Students and Parents for preparatory exam:

1. Students to report to school by 7.50 a.m. and to occupy the seats in


the classrooms allotted as per the seating plan.
2. After the preparatory exam students will revise for the next exam in
their respective classrooms. Students will be let off at 2.15 p. m.
3. All Subjects carry maximum 30 marks and the duration of exam is 1
hour 15 minutes.
4. Students should prepare well for the exam and avoid malpractice.
5. Parents to ensure that all the notebooks of your ward are
checked and corrected by the teachers by 20.01.2026.
6. Students who fail to submit their notebooks by the due date must
meet the Principal along with their parent.
7. No student is allowed to answer the preparatory exam without the
signature of Principal/Vice Principal in Page. No -61.
