Online Rebate Submission Instructions:

1. Go to [Link] and create an account to start your claim.
2. Enter rebate code: LGDAYSFP225
3. Enter the Sales Order and product details. Include the serial number if available. If you do not have serial numbers, you will need to log back in
to add them and finalize the claim.
4. Upload a PDF or clear photo of invoice / receipt authorized BrandSource member store that shows all four corners of the page, completed
payment, qualifying purchase date, qualifying model number(s), store address, your name and your address.
5. Please allow 8-12 weeks for card payment to be received from Brand Source.
6. Return to [Link] and find 'Status Center' under 'My Account' in the drop down menu to view the
status of your claim and/or add serial numbers after delivery to complete a previously registered claim before the deadline.
7. Upon approval, you will receive a physical MasterCard in the mail. Follow the link, enter the code and enter your name, address and other
personal information as it appeared in your rebate submission to complete the redemption.
