Sales conditions 2024/25

CONDITION OBJECT DESCRIPTION

1. Professional discount 30% discount on list price excl. Vat.


(constructors, architects, interior designers...)

2. Delivery time 7 to 20 working days from the date of the Proforma Invoice.

3. Transport charges Charges depend on the weight/vol. ratio, there is a minimum of 25 euros
charge for transport.

4. Terms of payment Bank transfer in advance.

5. Complaints Complaints for defective items must be sent in written form within
7 days from the date of arrival of the goods. Our products are
produced upon order, therefore we do not accept returns, or allow
substitutions, except for defective goods.

6. Supply Lamps are supplied without light-bulbs.

7. Freight Claims Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods
received in good condition or damaged (if the box seems runied or
content damaged). If you are unable to check the contents of the
package at that moment in time you will have to compulsorily sign for
the parcel as “UNCHECKED”. In case of freight damages, notice us in
writing within 3 working days of delivery (including the images of the
package and of the damaged product together with the countersigned
declaration of the damaged delivery). Failure by the purchaser to do so
will constitute acceptance of goods and waiver of any damages, errors
or shortages and will affect any warranty claims that the purchaser
makes thereafter.
