I worked here with hands-on experience in;
 Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), Predictive Maintenance (PrM) and Total
Productive Maintenance (TPM) of biscuits, bread, bubble gums and
confectioneries production machines and equipment like Mixer, Divider, Milling,
Heater, Rounder, Oven, Burners, Conveyors(Straight, Snake and Bucket), Chiller,
Air Compressors, Pumps, Rollers, Slicer, Packaging, Sealing and Filling
machines.
 Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) troubleshooting (SIEMENS & OMRON)
of packaging and sealing machines’ push-buttons, sensors, actuators, variable
speed drives and limiting switches.
 Installation of three (3) complete FRANZ HAAS production lines of wafer
biscuits (cream wafer, straight and stick wafers).
 Fabrication and machining of parts, elements and complete machines through
design and production.
 Welding (Electric Arc, MIG and Gas welding) and construction of metals (mild
steel, stainless, galvanized steel and copper) in piping, platform, scaffolding and
machine installation.
 Piping and Pipeline design and construction for gas line, waste disposal system,
plumbing and fire prevention system which involve cutting, grinding, smoothing,
welding and joining of pipes with fittings ( bends, elbow, Tee, Union connectors,
nipples, sockets and valves) in a correct and standard material selections for
different purposes (Stainless, Galvanized Steel, Mild Steel, Cast Iron, Copper and
Brass).
 Planned servicing and maintenance of utility machines – air conditioners, diesel
generators (500KVA-3500KVA), gas generators, industrial boilers, printing and
labeling machines (Flexo and Waxing), Silos, Filters, Flour pipes and Valves.
 Maintenance and repair of Load lifting machines – Pallet trucks, Fork-Lift, Hiab
and Crane.
