This pertains to, or is concerned with,
treating events of history, like a
historical
account
of
momentous
occurrences in a given country or
people.
Anything that constitutes, or belongs to
the history of a given people has a
historical value.

The propaganda movement initiated by
our national heroes against Spain that
led to the bloody revolutions of the
valiant and brave katipuneros and the
granting of our independence by the
Americans are of great historical
significance in the evolution of our
country from slavery to freedom.

Likewise, the world-famous EDSA I
and EDSA II people power revolutions
have a great historical value for the
Filipinos.
They signify the Filipino love of
freedom and democracy.

The martyrdoms of GOMBURZA, Jose
Rizal, Ninoy Aquino, and Jose Abad
Santos are also historical values of a
people who are ready to die for their
individual principles so that others may
live.
For them, the Filipino are worth dying
for.
