Prerequisite scenario rule
• Requestor must submit WTT Plus minimum 0 day before execution
• Ticket will expired 3 days start from planned date (Email notification will be sent 1 day before expired)
and will be extended until 2x by initiate originator , for NPO CR can be extended by OSS
• Requestor must attach in ticket creation :
All complete document for execution (ROC/PES, datafill, Excel PCR) in ticket creation
PIC in field region : subcont / nokia , phone number
Clear Instruction (complete step if needed)
ARQ Number and status
Time forecast execution (shift1,2,3)
There is no option reschedule in ticket, recreate ticket for instead

Advantages and Disadvantages
Advantage for requestor:
• No need send email request
• Requestor can track ticket status , can access from anywhere (android and any browser), once there is change
information ticket status system will send notification email.
• Requestor will get more quickly response for PIC .
• Request can track history of activity in the past
Disadvantage for Requestor
• Small effort to create ticket for requestor, this effort same when requestor send email request creation
Advantage for NIC Telkomsel
• Resource efficiency (especially for Shift Leader)
• Optimize standby scheduling base on forecast from WTT
