TVL Bread and Pastry Self-Learning Kit

This document provides instructions for a self-learning kit on bread and pastry production. It outlines how to properly use the kit, including completing exercises honestly and seeking help from teachers. The first exercise is a matching activity to identify baking terms. The second asks students to identify tools used in baking from multiple choice questions. Subsequent exercises have students label photos of tools and identify what is being asked about different tools. The final section provides a recipe for a mocha cake and asks students to identify the tools needed to make it.
