OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY

• The general objective of the proposed study is to implement and maintain an Student
Transaction System using Biometrics for ESSU-Guiuan to be more functional, reliable,
usable, efficient, maintainable and more secured student information system. The system
would be able to help the acting Registrar reduce his tasks especially on the delivery of
enrolment procedures in terms of issuing grade evaluation and the keeping of student
records. This will also lessen the task of accounting unit in calculating an distribution of
individual fess and debt assessment to all students. Thus, eliminate the problems of the
current manual system.
SCOPE AND DELIMITATION OF THE STUDY

• The study covers the computerization in terms of retrieval information regarding student
attendance, grade evaluation, balance assessment, and personal information of student.
• The Student Transaction System will not be able to accept payment thus student still
needs to go to the cashier to pay for their fees.
