I. café and bars with luxury sitting area (gloria jean,cinnabon,
chai Khana)
II. Iceland, icefood with wide product and sitting area for

III. Road side stalls with low price and no sitting and cleanness.
our business idea is to serve customers with type 1 products but
no sitting area or minimal sitting capacity to reduce operating
expenses and to increase ROI.
Example of which health and Goodness and he is running
business successfully and have opened 14 Branches in fours
years.

250000 working capital in hand. Net profit value after one
year 1,042,750.00
The assumed sales per Day is 28 glass to breakeven . Our NPV is
based on 47 glass daily sales to get 1,042,750.00 profit
annually. Breakdown is provided in financial statements daily
and month according to season and non season.

One important factor is location and above business plan have


taken average type of market not DHA or Liberty market type.
To keep in mind high location will have higher cost of business
and higher ROI and more easier sales for this business.
