• IT BREAKS THE COMMUNICATION GAP BETWEEN THE INTERVIEWER AND CANDIDATE.
DISADVANTAGES OF UNSTRUCTURED INTERVIEW
• TIME CONSUMING.
• THERE ARE CHANCES TO GET DIVERTED FROM THE ENTIRE INTERVIEW.
