EVALUATION-PRACTICAL
• Lab Assignments – Announced problems and surprise
problems.

• Total Practical Classes – 13

• First 3 classes → PRACTICE SESSIONS

• 4th class onwards → Evaluative

• Each Assignment carries 20 marks


EVALUATION-TUTORIAL
• Tutorial class– Brief Introduction and solving the problems

• Total number of tutorials– 10

• Each tutorial carries 20 marks


MAKEUP POLICY
• Makeup for evaluation components will be granted on the following
grounds, IF AND ONLY IF they are found to be GENUINE
1. Medical cases/emergency situation
2. BITS related travel and intercollegiate activities
3. Important family function
• For clauses # 2 & 3, make-up request should be made at least ONE week
in advance with proper documental proof, otherwise NO MAKEUP
WILL BE GIVEN.
• For clause # 1, make-up request should be made on the immediate
subsequent practical class which is attended. For medical cases, a
certificate from the physician of Institute Medical Centre must be
produced.
• The students should directly approach their respective practical section in
charges for any make-up request.
