dessert, Sweet Ice Fruit. This delightful treat, known for
its sweetness and rich flavors, can be easily prepared
with a few simple ingredients. It consists of condensed
milk, and a variety of fresh fruits such as bananas,
apples, pineaples, and more.
• Our product is managed by a group of dedicated
students who have pooled together an initial capital of
1,000 pesos from thier savings. Sweet Ice Fruits is a
homemade product that we aim to sell in the school
canteen, targeting the Senior High School student of
Cotabato Foundation College of Science and
Technology.

• Our target market consist of Grade 11 and 12 students
From CFCST Senior High School, aged 15 and above,
both male and female,in the Academic Tracks and TVL
strands. These students have an income or allowance of
30 pesos and [Link] important to note that all of these
students are [Link] Senior High School is our
main market,and we believe that our product,''Sweet Ice
Fruit'', will be saleable to them since it is new and
unfamiliar to them. New products often generate
curiosity and interest among customers. Our potential
customers,the Senior High School students of
CFCST,will be curious to taste our product. We will be
selling our products at Doroluman,Arakan,Cotabato,
which is where our school is located.
In terms of the students population,Grade
11 students make up 54 of the senior high
school population, with an equal distribution
of 50 males and 50 [Link] 12
students make up 46 of the senior high
school population, with 48 males and 52
females.

potentially have product that are more

stand out due to its affortable and cheap

is that our product is limited,as we can

is a delicious and visually unique Filipino

with a twist of fresh fruit. We mix the evaporated
and condensed milk with colorful fresh fruit.
Sweet Ice Fruit is a affordable for
everyone,ensuring that it fits within the budget of
every student in CFCST Senior High School.
• Our campany operates as a homemade product,relying on manpower rather than
machines to create Sweet Ice Fruit. We face challenges from competitors, such as
our classmate and the school canteen. Additionally, convincing customers to
purchase our product is a significant challenge. Encouraging them to try our Sweet
Ice Fruit can be quite difficult. The larger population of our school poses another
challenge, as increased customer interest in our product leads to higher demand.
Currently, we can only produce 60 pieces a day, and meeting higher demands would
require us to double our manpower. Despite these challenges, we are confident in
our ability to operate as a manufacturing business. Food is a necessity for our
customers,and our nutritious and affordable dessert meets their needs. While our
competitors product may be sweeter, Sweet Ice Fruit offers greater nutritional value.

product is nutritious, promoting the health of our customer. Starting this business
does not require a large investment, and we selected CFCST as our target market
