• Wear your uniform neatly with your name badge visible so customer can
address you by your name after introduction.

CLOSING THE SALE
• Use pre- closing phrases.
• Close the sale with a question (would you like me to take this to the
cashier for you?, how would you like to pay for this..?
• Escort them to cashier.

• Manage the cashier QUEUE efficiently – try to escort the customer to the
cash till
• Keep the cashier desk clean and well organized.
• Provide up to date information on current promotion and up coming events.
• Reassure customer that they have made a good buy.

ACTION
• 1. Start with the bottom performers.
•2. Fetching the data of employees from sales coordinators of LFR and Distribution
after analyzing three months sales
•3. Sales coordinators will mail the suitable time slot for training and evaluation of
5 employees each on a daily basis.
•4. Arrange a zoom call with the employees for evaluation and understand their needs( usp
or soft skills)
• 5. After evaluation start the training process
• 6. Training will be given on Google meet or video calls only.
