Use work items to track features and requirements you're developing,
code defects or bugs, and issues or risks to your project.
Work Item
Azure DevOps Boards is a project management and work tracking
tool provided by Microsoft's Azure DevOps
Boards
The product backlog is your project plan, which shows what your team
intends to deliver. It contains user stories, backlog items, or
requirements that you add to it. Your backlog is a flat list of work
items, as the following image illustrates, which shows a Scrum process
for Azure DevOps
Backlog
Sprint backlogs and Taskboards provide a filtered view of work items a
team has assigned to a specific iteration path, or sprint. Sprints are
defined for a project and then selected by teams.
Sprint
Work item queries generate lists of work items based on the filter
criteria provided by you. You can save and share these managed
queries with others.

An agile retrospective is an opportunity for agile development teams to
reflect on past work together and identify ways to improve. Agile
teams hold retrospective meetings after a time-boxed period of work is
complete (typically a sprint lasting two to four weeks).
