At the start of each day, team supervisors shall conduct a pre-
task briefing Activity Briefing (5 – 10 min) with their team.

RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH EMPLOYEE

o All personnel working on the site is required to work safely for


themselves as well as for others.
o Comply with all HSE working practices and procedures.
o Comply with any instruction from CONTRACTOR or
SUBCONTRACTOR HSE personnel.
o Stop immanent DANGER
o Report to their immediate supervisor any potential hazard,
incidents or injuries that may occur during the course of work.
