are focused on same target.
ETHICS
• Ethics is neither a luxury nor an option
• Ethics is dealing with right and wrong with moral obligations

because some decisions might influence people from internal
and external organization in bad ways.
• Managers should find countless ways to maintain the

management have difficulty in managing the organization which is
