• Empathize with our clients is the initial and most vital thing in the
design thinking process. One of the most efficient methods is to
perform user research. A common method of conducting this type
of user research is to conduct various types of interviews and
observe people in the environments where they will use our
design.
• User research is the systematic and logical study of costumers,
such as one‘s needs and pain points, so that designers can make
the best designs possible. User researchers employ a variety of

Observing
Observing means viewing or seeing. And it is a method of Data Collection is
differrnt from Casual Viewing.
An observation is the action or process of the function of paying attention closely
to an individual or something in order to learn something.
The possibility to notice details.
Observing users in their environment allows you to empathise with
their experience, comprehend their context, uncover hidden needs, and hear their
candid and unfiltered feedback (IBM Design Thinking). Observation also requires
adopting a beginner's mindset.

Empathy interviews are at the heart of
Design Thinking. We can understand
the choices that person has made,
understand their personality patterns,
and determine their requirements by
entering and knowing their thoughts,
feelings, and motivations. This enables
us all to innovate and start creating
services or products for that user.
How do you design an interview
Can you tell me about this product ?
How did you hear about this product ?
Why do you want this product for your
life ?
What do you know about this product ?
How this product can improve any
suggestions from you ?

Ideation
• Creative Ideas.
• Developing new
Ideas.
•It is a creative process in which
designers generate as many ideas as
they can reply to a problem
statement.
•Ideation is the act of developing the
idea, such as when an animated
cartoon light bulb initially appeared
above someone's head.
•Ideation is when individuals
imagine a flying car and think how
to build it.

Paper Drawing, Blue Prints, and Sketching with Low Fidelity
The sketching, paper drawing, and other low-fidelity design
processes. We only need a pen, some sticky notes, and plenty of
paper. It's a good idea to start at the macro level and get all of our
high-level ideas down on paper before collaborating with the
project team. This will allow us to communicate with customers or
clients, gather preliminary feedback, and then fine-tune our
thinking. Fill in more and more details to help the direction evolve.
The goal is to generate a slew of ideas that will serve as the
foundation for the next phase.
Wire products are another term
for mid-fidelity prototypes.
Mid Fidelity - Developing model, Developing the Fixed structure, Like
an 3-D model.
Mid Fidelity is the developed stage of the low fidelity prototype. Here, the
examples what we can see are wired products like wired keyboard, wired
mouse & wired earphone are the some of the examples. The wired product
may be the developing stage of the low prototype or it can be the working
basic model prototypes.
High-fidelity prototypes are
nearly identical to the
finished product.
High Fidelity - Prototypes like Air Pods, Wireless Mouse
and Keyboards.
The advanced level or working model is undergoes further
development and there will be no versions available because
the model can be developed and it must be the High level
and there will be no further developments. Where the final
level of the prototype is done in good manner without any
negative comments.
