Pharmacist ‘s misconducts
Definition
Pharmacist’s misconduct refers to the behavior that violets the standards of practices or legislation that govern pharmacy practice professional.
Some examples of pharmacist misconduct include dispensing wrong medication, practicing without lisence,practising while impaired, dishonest business practices, improper
conduct with patient, refusing professional service.
Categories of misconduct

Definition:
A disciplinary procedure is the formal process that used to address performance and conduct of a professional employee like pharmacist . This done with purposes of correct
unacceptable behavior, create consistency in application of discipline, ensure fairness in workplace, and make employees aware of the organization ‘s rules and standards.
Pharmacy professionals are summoned to appear before the committee, where they can defend themselves against the charges. Hearings are conducted fairly and transparently,
adhering to principles of justice.
Procedures are: Investigation, hearing, and deliberation.

information gathering, analysis and evaluation, and reporting and conclusion.
Certain complaints are received and reviewed by a designated committee in given period of time. Thorough investigations are conducted to assess the validity of the claims
received.
