A 50-year-old man presented with complaints of swelling of
both legs for the last 3 weeks and mild breathlessness for 2
weeks.
On examination: Heart rate = 80 beats /minute, BP = 130/90
mm Hg.
On auscultation S1 and S2 were heard with S3 gallop and
bilateral basal crepitations.
Radiological examination of the chest revealed obliteration of
the cardio phrenic angle.
Echocardiogram revealed a Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction of
36%.
He is diagnosed with congestive heart failure. Give a suitable
