• When I received this topic, the ….came immediately to my mind was My
best friend ‘s wedding, Peter.
• Peter and I have been close friend since our childhood
• We have known each other for more than two decades
• When he invited me to be his groomsman, I agreed without any
hesitation
• If my memory serves well, it was 1 years back
• At the time, I was fresh-graduate

• We had a memorable and busy day back then, which was in October
• The wedding venue is located in the city center.
• Before the wedding ceremony we had decorated and planned

• At the beginning, I was quite nervous- [butterfly in my stomach] since
I had never been a groommaid before and it seemed I was going to
have a big day.
• The ceremony was quite conventional=TRADITIONAL, the bride and
groom exchanged vows and rings together. The couple recalled their
love journey, they were bonding after all sorts of ups and downs.
• Since we met a lot of friends, we turned wedding to a big reunion
party. We proposed toasts and took photos with guests.
• Eventually, we all got drunk. It was one of the most unforgettable
moments in my life
