Instructions
Tell the children that the chef struggles with counting. So, she
needs their help to make sure she puts the correct number of
ingredients on each pizza.

Click on the image of the child (the customer) on each slide. The
child will say the number of ingredients they want on their pizza.

Choose a child in your setting to count and click on the matching


number of ingredients. When the ingredient is clicked, it will move
onto the pizza.
The next slide will reveal the pizza with the
correct number of ingredients. Click on the
chef to reveal questions that will help to
encourage children’s mathematical reasoning
and fluency.
