building performs 59% better than a
conventional office building in the
region, and 40% of the building
energy consumption is met through
on site renewable energy generation

LEED, which stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design it is
globally recognized certification system for the design, construction, operation,
and maintenance of sustainable buildings. Developed by the U.S. Green Building
Council (USGBC)

these categories.
