ABSTRACT
■ Child care management is a total directing and recognition instrument for the
parent. This Application causes the parent to track everything in a simple way
and encourages the guardians to get fulfillment.
■ In the primary branch that is under upto3, there will be specialist points of
interest, vaccination refined elements, and an vaccination date note.
■ In the specialist points of interest class, the client can say the specialist
indirect elements, passage, and the Childs height and weight with the date and
can spare the indirect elements which can be referred for the future utilize.
■ What’s more, the vaccination subtle elements there will be a visit of
vaccination for the kid in view of their ages in which the guardians can refer it.
■ The vaccination points of interest classes contain the note from which the
client can say the insights about a particular drug with every one of the indirect
elements and can look through the pharmaceutical points of interest later by
saying the solution name.
EXISTING SYSTEM
■ The single user environment burden on the single person is more.
The process is time consuming to maintain the database by the single
person.
DISADVANTAGES
■ It is difficult to maintain important information in books
■ More manual hours need to generate required reports
■ It is tedious to manage historical data which needs much space to
keep all the previous years books etc
PROPOSED SYSTEM
■ Purpose of project is like Child care Management System.
■ When the patient goes under treatment then schedule was given by admin to Doctor for patient.
■ The specialist points of interest class the guardians can say the specialist’s solution, for
example, the name of the medication he specified, and the stature and weight of the tyke. This
can be additionally seen again by the guardians.
■ One of the solutions that we are going to discuss here to speedup the database response by
using Sql Server database and to reduce the time complexity by using multi-user environment.
Beacuse of this multi user environment we can reduce the burden on single person also.

ADMIN MODULE
■ In this module admin maintains the Patient records and Doctors
schedule and only had the permission to delete or modify the patient
or doctors records.
DOCTOR MODULE
■ This will hold the details of the patient problem & the related doctors
who have taken care of particular patient. He has to follow the
schedules given by head of the department. He has to visits wards
regularly according to schedule.
PATIENT MODULE
. Consultation holds the details of the patient’s history &
family history. Details of the physical exam, the investigation diagnostic,
medication details & the details of the diet / exercise the patients have to
follow. This gives the records in detail of patient medical history visit
wise. This helps to go through easily the patients’ medical history.
