• Definition: Communication is the process of exchanging information
to create shared meaning.
• Importance in professional and personal life.
• Effective communication continues to be a vital factor for success in
2025, influencing various aspects of business operations, workplace
productivity, customer relations, and overall organizational growth.
Research shows that well-connected teams experience a productivity
boost of 20-25%, as clear communication reduces misunderstandings,
streamlines workflows, and fosters collaboration. Additionally, 64% of
business leaders and 55% of knowledge workers believe that effective
communication enhances team efficiency, making it a key driver of
workplace success.
Goal 1 - Clarity &
Understanding
• Ensuring messages are clear, precise, and unambiguous.
• Example: The State Bank of Pakistan organized the inaugural Pakistan
Financial Literacy Week in collaboration with institutions like the Islamia
University of Bahawalpur. This event aimed to raise awareness and educate
citizens on the importance of financial literacy in the evolving digital era. SBP
Governor Jameel Ahmad emphasized that access to financial services is a
fundamental right and highlighted SBP’s mission to empower every citizen
with the necessary tools and knowledge to participate fully in the economy.
