Requirement
Many FTTH faults arise due to improper ONT configurations.
Rectification requires more man power for customer premise visit.
Getting Remote Desktop access is not possible from all customers.
It is required to View and Update the parameters of CPEs centrally online.
A Common User-Friendly interface is required to Safely Update any CPE.
There should be No need for visit to Customer Premises.

Extends the Native GUI of the CPE on demand.

Work Flow
CPEs Report the ACS in regular Interval to inform the Status.
Users get details about the list of Reporting CPEs and their status from Bridle.
The CPE to be updated is Bridled by users for frequent reporting.
Update requests by users are processed by Bridle and Queued in the ACS.
ACS gets the requests executed in CPEs during their next Reporting.
Bridle ensures privileged access and LOG the transactions.
