 Program Management
• Driving New Projects from program initiation to SOP.
• Business case preparation and approval from Management.
• Ensuring NPD Process Adherence.
• Preparing project time plans, events plan, targets & resource allocation in line with Program schedule & requirement.
• Planning and execution of all events/milestones as per Program timeline.
• Monitoring and tracking the execution of the program and ensuring that the program is delivered smoothly within the defined time-line.
• Managing, planning and tracking of deliverables & gateways approval from Business excellence/Audit team.
• Planning and updating Program scope based on scenario and approval from Program executives & Management
• Risk management for identification, analysis and mitigation of the risk in coordination with functional stake holders and CFT team members
• Tracking & escalating issues by arranging meetings and circulating MIS. Evaluating effectiveness and modifying status on basis of member feedback.
• Close interaction with CFT to review the program status & updating status in management review meetings Cost planning & budget approval
• Reporting program status to internal and external stakeholders.
• Continuous follow-ups to meet targets
• Arranging executives meeting for Program reviews, Gate reviews.
• Co-ordination between cross functional departments involved in development.
• Interaction with global program team (in Visteon) to review & updating current program status.
• Participation in Tech proposal preparation & Tech review Meetings with customer.
• Design Review Meetings & Concept Design finalization with customer.
• Problem solving
 Product Development based on design input
• Initial Planning for Product Design Development
• Product Benchmarking
• Co-ordinate and ensure proper execution all the activities related to New Product Development / New Projects with respect to Manufacturing and
Engineering.
• Complete Development process of HVAC unit, Co-ordination for concept design, Design Review, Design Verification & Validation Plan, Proto Samples
Development, Validations & Testing planning, and tooled up development after customer approval.
• Active participation in DFMEA & risk analysis.
• Releasing drawings for prototype development, batch and mass production.
• Modification in drawings based on the change in process, material, design requirements.
• VA/VE - evaluation & implementation.
