Kitchen Render Request & Notes 1
ASK:
• Please render our kitchen redesign given the notes in these slides – 4 photos/angles (labeled
in red)
• The current angles are sort of at a high level looking down. If it is possible to get a more
straight on view, that’ d be great!
• Please render the dining given the notes in these slides – 2 photos/angles (labeled in purple)
This PowerPoint shows renders for our kitchen redesign (inset cabinets) that we would like you to
recreate with the updates noted in the slides. The slides include photos of our current kitchen for
reference as well as our dining room.
ASK: 2
• Please make the two windows have wood stained molding (see dark stain in current kitchen photos and inspo
photo next slide.
• Please make the cabinet handles and sink faucet brass instead. Please add two built in brass soap dispensers next
to the faucet, see following slide.
• Please make the dishwasher front paneled to match the cabinets.
• Please make the fridge side by side vs French door.
• Please make the oven hood more boxy, so there isn’t a gap with the cabinets, see following slides.
• Please add stained wood door frame molding to the doorway circled in red. Angle 1, but please more
straight on vs looking down
Kitchen Windows Inspo Pic 3
I like the dark wood stain contrast with
the white cabinetry and brass fixtures.
The windows should NOT be two
separate like they are here. But wood
frame around and they don’t need the
mullion. They should be rendered closed
and without any window treatment. Can
you make the trim be very thin though
in the corner where the windows
connect, to
maximize sunlight?

render vs shown here
• Please make the countertop backsplash go to the ceiling and make the countertop ogee edges, see slide 7.
• Please make remaining wall color the same color as the cabinets
• Please show cabinets as Medallion Inset Providence in color Divinity, see slide 8 (or close)
Angle 2
Backsplash & Countertop ask 7
• The backsplash should continue straight from the countertops up the wall as shown in
inspo pic.
• The countertop ending should be ogee, see inspo photo.
• Countertop color - neutral quartzite look like these
Cabinet Color & Style ask 8
• The cabinet type we chose is by
Medallion and is called Providence in the inset style. Color: Divinity
• If you can get it close to this, that’d be great!

Appliance Garages in Peninsula
THE ASK: Please render the kitchen to have one of the
appliance garages open as shown on the right. The other
should be closed, so we can see it both ways. Behind the

Kitchen to Dining Room Door Opening
THE ASK:
Is there a way to maintain the stained door frame molding in
some way? The peninsula will be going to the ceiling, but I am
not loving the idea of the doorway now going to the ceiling
with no trim at all. I’d also like to save the pretty ceiling detail
on the right side of the doorway. I recognize the left side will be
taken up by the peninsula so wouldn’t work as the peninsula is
going to the other wall.
Please keep the white frieze at the top of the room on
the remaining sides.
