• The Rotaract Club was started in the year 1968.
• The first Roatarct club was Rotaract Club of North Charolotte North
Carolina, USA, Chartered on 13th March , 1968.
• The Rotaract movement has a dyanamic history and a fast growth
with 832 clubs in 170 countries with 189,336 Rotaractors.
• It is reckined as one of the fastest Growing Movements having a rate
of 2.24%

1. Club Service is the primary avenue of Rotaract, which
keeps the team energetic & motivated.
2. Events like the movie "Fellowship," team outings, and
group dinners fall under the club's Service avenue,
which helps the team build stronger bonds and leads the
club.
3. District Assembly, Clubs installation, and Official Club
COMMUNITY SERVICE
[Link] second most important chapter of the Rotaract
Movement is Community service.
[Link] a youth wing of the Rotary club, it is a responsibility
of a Rotaract team to do good for the society they live.
3. Rotaractors need to work on the social aspect of their
locality and need to work for the betterment of the
community standards every month.

VOCATIONAL SERVICE
• Vocational service is an avenue where a Rotaract Club has to
emphasis on a professional growth of the entire team.
• Conducting Seminars, Orientations, Skill Development test are the key
factors to encourage Rotaractors to stable up in the personal lives.
• The main aim of Vocational Service is to benefit its members to
outcast themselves and become leaders tomorrow.
INTERNATIONAL AVENUE
• •Every Rotaract club tries to broaden its Horizon on
the perspective they have on International Matters,
vitally exploring intercultural diversities.

LEADERSHIP AWARDS
• Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) is an intensive leadership
experience organized by Rotary clubs and districts where you
develop your skills as a leader while having fun and making
connections.
• RYLA is a leadership camp for youth (14–30) that helps them build
skills, confidence, and teamwork through workshops and
activities.
• Your community might host a RYLA event for secondary school
students to hone their leadership potential, for university
students to develop creative problem-solving strategies, or for
young professionals to learn ethical business practices.
