WELCOME TO LEVEL TWO
Come with a problem on Monday,
return with a solution on Friday.
SILICON VALLEY
INSPIRATION TOURS
In up to five meetings per day, our participants
learn to understand what they should to
differently, when they return home – to inspire
their community and their industry.
THE DILEMMA
When they return home,
most of what they wanted to do,
is overwhelmed by the lots they have to do,
to keep current operations running.
The spirit fades.
THE ANSWER
Come with a real problem into the program.
We will introduce you to inspiring personalities,
you should have a conversation with. When you
return home at the end of the week, you will
know exactly what to do to solve your problem.
SUCESS IS...
...when you have a roadmap that brings you to
a solution you did not come up to before you
embarked the program.
5 DAYS
Monday + Tuesday
Meetings with people who understand your problem and deliver thoughts
to adress your problem from a different perspective.
Wednesday
Dive deep on Exponential Growth Strategies, Design Thinking
and Business Modell Prototyping.
Thursday
Convert the experience of the previous days to the existing problem
and strategise on szenarios to solve it.
Friday
Develop a roadmap. Define first steps.
Wrap up.
MEETINGS
Flipped Conference
We will talk to executives, founders, mentors, senior advisors, venture capitalists and academia. These
meetings will be curated to help you getting smart on how to adress your business, your industry and your
market from different possible angles. In the successful fashion of the „flipped conference“ format, you
will meet people who bring a highly inspiring understanding of making use of technology, methodology
and the right environment to create a new culture of becoming (or staying) a gamechanging player in the
industry.
Conversations will match your topic, your industry and puzzlepiece together to a new picture of where you
actually are and what is currently happening in the world.
WORKSHOPS
Exponential Growth
You can never be innovative around technology. It would get too expensive and
would turn your endeavor into a constant chase, not being behind the curve.
Innovation is where companies/organisations/people identify problems worth solving
and either use existing technology or develop new technology to solve them.
In the workshop you will learn about the specifics of exponential growth, of which we are all surrounded by
– and by the fact that both problems and technology to solve them, have just hit the knee on this curve.
WORKSHOPS
Design Thinking
Design Thinking is a methodology to understand creating products/solutions, no one has
asked for, but they solve problems and generate significant change in the industry.
Key aspects of design thinking is a highly empathetical approach towards end users and
a culture of prototyping everything: products, ideas and even business models are being prototyped, to
rapidly understand how to move on or pivot an idea.
UNDERSTAND
Turn insight into action
Three days of back to back conversation deliver a lot of food for thoughts, understanding the
concepts of exponential growth and blending all of the above with the design thinking process
works better with some mentoring and guidance. Accomplishing the task to return from the
tour with a real roadmap to change the narrative requires a solution for internal processes and
infrastructural mindsets as much as the steps to external delivery. This two fold structure is key
element of the fourth day to build the roadmap on day five.
ROADMAP
48 Hours
48 hours is a critical timeframe with significant consequences: if you do not begin to convert
experience into action, within 48 hours, the momentum of the experience will fade dramatically.
Catching up – is the enemy of action.
Hence you must leave the level two program with a roadmap that gives you a guidance of
internal and external consequences of the experience.
The roadmap will never be a full guarantee to success, but it will make sure, your Silicon Valley
Experience is immediately translated into your personal and professional development and its
highly possible that this impact will change the way you (and your company) do things.
