Fabrizio Scrollini serves as Acting Co-Executive Director of the Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team (HOT), where he drives global initiatives that use open mapping and participatory data to support disaster response, climate resilience, and inclusive development. Fabrizio holds a PhD in Government from the London School of Economics and has worked extensively across Latin America and the Caribbean in digital governance, AI and open data projects.

I am passionate about projects that mix open technology with impact, as well as people delivering new and genuinely radical ways of looking and doing things.
