white menus in dark theme after hibernate

      When the monitor is turned on again after automtic turn off (or waking up from suspend to RAM) while the dark theme is enabled, the menu background becomes white with very low contrast (see picture).
      Switching first to default, and then to dark theme again restores the normal dark theme menus.
