QtCreator wasm: run configuration is wrong

      run configuration should be fixed up to  run EMSCRIPTEN_ROOT/emrun and the argument would be /path/to/build/<target>.html, instead of trying to execute the <target>.js file

      Either that, or start a http server in that build directory to serve the <target>.html file
