as the other comments said, a PC crasher. Launching an instance will launch multiple other instances who will themselves launch multiple instances, etc... IDK why it is still online

This is a bomb: Makes many dirb.exes that only add more dirb.exes and you will be sorry Unless you're reason for downloading is to trick others into making their computer crash, then it's perfect But it's just not fair that this should be labelled as not safe but it still exists
