Edureka app and website have issues. App doesn’t allow for some of my course videos to display on my smartphone. Viewing the website via PC storms my screen with ads that do not close. It’s hassle to just do what I desired and paid for, which was just to brush up skills and educate myself. I appreciate the patience of the instructors and support staff, but tone down the ad pop-ups! Fix the bugs on the smartphone, because I have to learn on the go.
I have been trying to contact my Edureka associate since November but she (Hindheeya) just does not respond. I had asked her to sign me up for the Selenium session & she agreed to do so for a batch starting on the 6th of December but she never did & when I tried to follow up she has stopped responding to my texts. I see her online on WhatsApp but she just does not respond. This is so FRUSTRATING!!!! I tried reaching out their team through the app but it’s been a week & the same....NO RESPONSE!!! Pathetic service!!!!
NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Just getting to a place to right a review was headache enough. The sales people will all give you different answers and they a thief’s. It has taken my requesting a cancellation and a refund on 4 different occasions and I still haven’t been contacted by a manager. They will lie until the ends of the earth to try and not give you back your money when you cancel. I’ve put in fraud claims with both PayPal and my bank. Save yourself a headache and go with another company!
App works okay and able to view videos which is the primary use of this Edureka app. But one important feature related to speed increase like 1.5X not working properly. Please fix it.
This training service is beyond my IT education of 10 years. Edureka is uptodate, providing market leading educational program.
Sometime classes crash and then won’t open. Hard to keep open app several time just to launch a course. The search bar sometime works
