It’s one of the most common (and costly) mistakes I see from great candidates in LatAm. You write your profile in English, thinking you're all set. But if the language setting is still in Portuguese or Spanish, you may be completely invisible to recruiters. Here’s why it matters: Because recruiters don’t just search using English keywords – they also filter by profile language to find candidates open to global roles.
