VMware虚拟机无法进入BIOS

我的环境信息如下：

目前的情况是：
我想要给虚拟机操作系统扩容磁盘空间，下载的是一个gpart.iso镜像文件，需要从虚拟机的bios下进入该gpart.iso镜像，但我发现我进入不了虚拟机的bios，即便我勾选了Power on to firmware，从固件启动，也是黑屏的，虚拟机操作系统正常启动是没有问题的，从控制台启动看，VMwarer没有任何错误输出，网上有方案是说进入是快速按F2，但是启动太快了，我按了没有任何效果，以下是我的虚拟机.vmx配置文件
