Subject: [ruby-core:79664] [Ruby trunk Feature#13083] {String|Symbol}#match{?} with nil returns falsy as Regexp#match{?}

Issue #13083 has been updated by Yukihiro Matsumoto.


Those methods (but `=~`) should consistently raise exceptions.
