输入apt-get update  进行更新
附加命令：
apt-get clean    //清除缓存索引
apt-get update    //更新索引文件
apt-get upgrade    //更新实际的软件包文件
apt-get dist-upgrade    //根据依赖关系更新

更新方式如上

如果常规安装vmtools方法无法成功，可尝试如下方式，本人亲测有效。

安装vmtools实现复制粘贴功能方法

  1.更新源：
  清华大学更新源：
  deb http://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/kali/  kali-rolling contrib main non-free
  终端输入:leafpad /etc/apt/sources.list 
  打开后删除文档内容  将上述源添加进去
  2.终端输入命令apt-get update   将源更新
  3.输入命令apt-get install open-vm-tools-desktop fuse   完成安装vmtools

  4.输入命令reboot重启  便可实现复制粘贴 文件拖放等功能
