CUBEMX621-STM32H743VIT6 LWIP WITHOUT RTOS PING TEMPLATE[AC5/AC6]

We have already have template created on cubemx681(pls refer to may blogs), while the ethernet apis are changed a lot, here i created this version based on cubemx621, in case you also need it, just remark here, hope it will help you out also.
