你遇到的一个挑战，以及你如何战胜它？

我印象最深的一个挑战是我参与项目时。这是我第一次作为一个校级重点项目的负责人，并且老师对我们的预期是成果有一篇论文和一项专利。最开始的时候我不知道我该如何调度同学工作以及和老师沟通，我需要在老师和同学之间做一个桥梁。有一段时间，有的同学因为自己的事情放弃项目或者DDL到了但是布置给他们的工作还没有任何进展。那段时间我很痛苦。但是我们恐惧的也只是恐惧本身。我积极和同学沟通，及时和老师反馈，身为负责人，我自己更是以身作则，在项目中主动承担难题难点，提前做好规划，确定好项目的关键时间点。在我们的努力下，依托项目的作品获得了大学信息安全竞赛的二等奖，全校排名第二！现在项目仍在进行中，我相信我会与其他同学一起攻克难关！

The most memorable challenge for me was when I participated in the project. This is my first time as the leader of a school level key project, and the teacher's expectation for our results is to have a paper and a patent. At the beginning, I didn't know how to schedule my classmates' work and communicate with teachers. I needed to be a bridge between teachers and classmates. For a period of time, some students gave up projects or received DDL due to their own affairs, but the tasks assigned to them have not made any progress yet. I was in a lot of pain during that time. But what we fear is only fear itself. I actively communicate with classmates, provide timely feedback to teachers, and as the person in charge, I lead by example by taking on difficult problems and challenges in the project, making advance plans, and determining key project timelines. Thanks to our efforts, our project won the second prize in the university information security competition and ranked second in the entire school! The project is still ongoing, and I believe I will work together with other classmates to overcome the difficulties!
