数据失速和吞吐量问题调试需要QXDM/IPACM日志/TCP转储/设备配置信息。

1. qxdm log with default log mask from boot up;

Note: if it is peak throughput test, data traffic from NR/LTE<->Andriod/Linux tethered clients, ADPL should be used to aviod low throughput, you need to configure ADPL per
KBA-200305205640.
If ADPL log is not enable, please disable legacy dpl to avoid performance decrease.

2. IPACM logs

2.1 systemd enabled platforms[SA415M/515M,SDX55/65]

Put device in selinux permissive mode
vi /etc/selinux/config
change enforcing --> permissive
vi /lib/systemd/system/ipacm.service
Insert the following in [Service] section of ipacm service file
StandardOutput=file:/data/ipacm_log.txt
Reboot the DUT for service file to take effect
Execute the test case & Pull the /data/ipacm_log.txt before device reboot
