R选择国内镜像安装程序包

R使用install.packages 安装程序包时，由于默认选择国外CRAN镜像，会导致下载程序包特别慢或者由于无法连接国外镜像而安装失败

Warning in install.packages :
  unable to access index for repository https://cran.rstudio.com/src/contrib:
  cannot open URL 'https://cran.rstudio.com/src/contrib/PACKAGES'

可以通过指定国内CRAN解决。
如选择清华大学镜像https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/CRAN/

options(repos=structure(c(CRAN="https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/CRAN/"))) 
install.packages("rjmcmc", dependencies = TRUE)  

下面列出国内的CRAN镜像：
