root@ony-an:/opt/devstack# kill -9 14562
-bash: kill: (14562) - No such process

root@ony-an:/opt/devstack# sudo rm /var/lib/apt/lists/lock

root@ony-an:/opt/devstack# sudo rm /var/cache/apt/archives/lock
