根据官方文档，点击发送数据提示：

[TencentCloudSDKException]code: AuthFailure.SecretIdNotFound message:The SecretId is not found, please ensure that your SecretId is correct. requestId:7eb6e31e-f826-43a6-a768-a93bdc49b46d

问题解决：

经过核查是确实 secretId，填写相关secretId 既可以，国际版的需要每天发送量达到1万，才能申请。
