or if you are using Manual Compile Order mode and have not entered the name of the top module in the Top Module field.
INFO:ProjectMgmt - The selected process was not run because its input data is out of date. Use 'Run With Current Data' to run with existing data.
解决方法：
选择要综合的top文件，右击，去掉manual compile order的勾选就好了
